We are very pleased to announce that the Fergas Group Board of Directors has appointed Ulrika Molander as the new Group CEO, effective 1 September 2026.

Mrs. Molander brings extensive international experience from senior leadership roles within global manufacturing industries and most recently served as COO of GreenIron H2 AB. Prior to that, she held positions including VP of Manufacturing at Systemair AB and Acting Managing Director at Systemair Sverige AB, as well as several leadership roles within Sapa Profiler, including Operations Director, Manufacturing Director, Supply Chain Director, and Plant Manager.

Throughout her career, Ulrika has focused on developing international manufacturing and supply chain organizations, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, profitable growth, investments, and change management. She also brings extensive experience in leading global development and transformation projects in close collaboration with operations, product and technology development, and customers.

The Group CEO reports directly to the Fergas Group Board of Directors. With this change in leadership, Rikard Wallman will become Chairman of the Fergas Group Board.
